Hello

Hailing from Ames Iowa I always had a passion for science and art back as early as high-school. When I found the Biological/Pre-Medical Illustration program at Iowa State University, I knew I had found exactly what I wanted to do. Taking an active role in our club at Iowa State as President, I learned not only about new interests and techniques, but also person-to-person skills as well. Graduating in May of 2024, I've developed many skills in the field of combining two long combined disciplines, and in communicating science through an art focus. With a balanced education in both biology and art, you can be reassured that I can understand complex subject matter, and distill it down into a visual package that the average person could understand.
